Web platforms
Customer portals, marketplaces, booking systems and internal tools. Fast to load, accessible, and built to grow without a rewrite.
QuanTrexApps designs and builds web platforms, mobile apps and AI features for teams that want working software in weeks, with every sprint measured against what your business needs to grow.
Most software projects go wrong in the gap between what was asked for and what was built. We close that gap with written specs, weekly demos and a working build you can click from the second week.
Startups come to us for a first product. Established businesses come to us to replace the spreadsheet, the legacy portal or the app nobody wants to touch. Either way you get one accountable team across design, engineering and launch, and a codebase you own outright.
Web platforms, mobile apps, AI, SaaS, design and cloud. Plus three live demos of how we work.

Customer portals, marketplaces, booking systems and internal tools. Fast to load, accessible, and built to grow without a rewrite.
Native-feeling iOS and Android apps from one codebase, with offline support, push notifications and store submission handled for you.
Assistants, document search, classification and automation wired into your product, with evaluation sets so you know the answers are right.
Multi-tenant apps with sign-up, billing, roles and admin dashboards. The plumbing every SaaS needs, so you can focus on what makes yours different.
Research, flows, prototypes and a design system your engineers can build from. Tested with real users before a line of production code.
CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring and cost control on AWS, Google Cloud or Azure. Deploys become a non-event.
Every project starts with a scope you can read in five minutes. Switch between a clickable prototype, a launchable MVP and a product built to scale, and see what changes.
Before anyone codes, each feature becomes a user story, an API contract and a test. Type a feature below and watch the first draft appear. Our real specs go further, but the shape is the same.
We set Core Web Vitals budgets on day one and check them in every pull request. These are Google's "good" thresholds, and the bar our builds have to clear before release.
Three engagement blueprints showing how we take a typical brief from problem to launch.
We deploy to your AWS, Google Cloud or Azure account. If we part ways tomorrow, everything keeps running.
Click the real build, not a screenshot.
Automated tests run on every pull request. Manual QA before every release.
Architecture notes, runbooks and a handover your next hire can read.
OWASP-checked, secrets in a vault, least-privilege access from the first deploy.
A shared Slack or Teams channel and a named lead who answers for the whole project.
Monitoring, bug-fix SLAs and a monthly improvement budget, so launch day is the start, not the end.
We present a delivery method for small, senior software teams that trades heroics for measurement. Each feature is specified in plain language, translated into a user story, an interface contract and an automated test, then built in a two-week cycle that ends with a live demo. Quality gates for performance, accessibility and security run on every change. The result is software that matches its brief and a client who knows where the project stands on any given day.
feature: "reorder-past-purchase" done_when: - acceptance_tests: passing - code_review: approved_by_second_engineer - web_vitals: { lcp: "≤2.5s", inp: "≤200ms", cls: "≤0.1" } - accessibility: WCAG_2.2_AA - security_scan: no_high_findings - demoed_to_client: true - docs_updated: true
Every cycle ends with a demo of working software, not a status slide.
You see every commit from day one, in your own GitHub or GitLab.
IP transfers to you. No licence fees, no lock-in, no hostage source code.
Scope changes are written down and priced before they're built.
A focused two-to-four-week engagement. Discovery, a clickable prototype and a costed build plan you can take anywhere.
Design, engineering and launch of your MVP or new product. A full squad, weekly demos, and a production release at the end.

AI writes code quickly. It still needs to be told what correct looks like.
Coding assistants are now part of most teams' daily workflow, and they are very good at producing plausible code. Plausible is not the same as correct. The fix is old-fashioned: write the specification first. When every feature starts as a user story, an interface contract and a failing test, an agent has a target it can be checked against, and a reviewer has something concrete to approve. We've found the spec also becomes the best documentation a project has, because it's the one artefact that's always current.
Fewer forgotten passwords, fewer support tickets, and phishing gets much harder.
Passkeys replace passwords with a key pair stored on the user's device and unlocked with a fingerprint, face or PIN. They're supported across the major platforms and browsers, so most of your users can already use them. Because the private key never leaves the device and is bound to your domain, a fake login page can't capture it. Our advice is to offer passkeys alongside existing sign-in, prompt for one right after a successful login, and measure how many support tickets about access disappear.
Interaction to Next Paint measures how quickly your page responds every time someone taps.
Google replaced First Input Delay with Interaction to Next Paint as a Core Web Vital in March 2024. Unlike FID, INP looks at responsiveness across the whole visit, so heavy JavaScript that runs after the first click now counts against you. A good score is 200 milliseconds or less at the 75th percentile. The usual culprits are long tasks on the main thread, oversized hydration and third-party scripts. Breaking work into smaller chunks and deferring what the user can't see yet fixes most of it.
QuanTrexApps is a product studio of designers and engineers who've shipped software for startups and established companies. We stay deliberately small so the people you meet in the first call are the people writing your code.
If we can't say how we'll know it works, we don't start building it.
No jargon in proposals, no surprises in invoices.
We care whether the product works for your users, not only whether tickets are closed.
Clean code, real docs and a handover your next team will thank us for.
Remote-first, small teams, real ownership. If you'd rather demo working software on Friday than talk about it on Monday, we'd like to hear from you.
